Static image noise reduction is evaluated using specialized test patterns with controlled noise levels and frequencies, ensuring precise measurement of the TV’s noise suppression capabilities for still images. Furthermore, recognizing the complexities of motion noise, our engineers prioritize dynamic image noise reduction, meticulously analyzing the TV’s ability to minimize noise artifacts during video playback, where noise characteristics are constantly changing.

Gamma Calibration: Recognizing the significant impact of Gamma on image rendering, our expert engineers conduct precise Gamma calibration for each prototype. Gamma defines the non-linear relationship between pixel values and displayed luminance, directly affecting the perceived brightness and contrast of an image, particularly in the midtones. Our meticulous calibration process, utilizing specialized equipment and extensive expertise, optimizes the Gamma curve to compensate for variations in display panel characteristics and ensure accurate reproduction of image content as perceived by the human eye.
Color Accuracy (ΔE): To guarantee exceptional color performance, we rigorously control color deviation (ΔE) in our TVs. ΔE measures the difference between two colors; lower values indicate closer matches. Our engineers use professional colorimeters and advanced formulas like ΔE00 for precise measurements on each prototype, targeting a ΔE below 2—the threshold of human perception—to ensure consistent color reproduction in mass production.
