What is your MOQ requirement?

Our MOQ is one model per 20GP and two models mixed loading in one 40HQ. Sometimes our MOQ is flexible, half of a 20-GP container is acceptable.

How long is the delivery time & Warranty?

Mass order: 30 days after the deposit arrival and artwork confirmation. Non-customized Sample: three days. Customized Sample: 7-10 days. Warranty: 1-year by default. Extra cost for extension.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity requirement?

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is typically half a 20-foot General Purpose container. To ensure the optimal safety and protection of our 100-inch television screens during transportation, we encourage our customers to consider ordering a full container load.

Is it possible to buy a sample?

We offer complimentary samples with the expectation that a subsequent bulk order will follow.

Given the high shipping costs associated with 100-inch models due to their specialized wooden packaging, we recommend utilizing a smaller 75-inch model for initial evaluation and testing.
