Are you a factory or a trading company？

We are a real factory in Huadu District, near the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Welcome to visit us or schedule a video call for a factory lookup.

How many production lines does your company have?

At present(October 2024), we have three production lines, two of which are automatic.

What are your main products? What other products do you have?

Our main product is TV. As a factory, we will manufacture TV sets that meet the local market so that you can watch local TV channels. Different countries use different TV systems, and we will help you choose the right one (Digital TV or Analog TV)

On the other hand, we will also sell spare part TVs(CKD/SKD), and even a TV production line.

How many pieces TVs you can produce per day?

It depends on the size of the TV. We can produce 2500-3000 pieces 32-inch TVs on average.

How long it will take to make a new sample?

Making a new sample will take 7-15 days.

Can you make OEM or ODM products?

Yes. We do the OEM/ODM products most of the time while we also export our own brand to our clients.

Who are the main suppliers of your company ?

For the mainboard, CVTE is our main supplier. For LCD panels, we have multiple suppliers(BOE, LG, KHC, etc.).

What is your trade term and payment term?

Mostly, our trade terms are FOB. CNF, CIF, EXW, etc are also accepted.

our payment terms are T/T,L/C, D/P, D/A, and O/A. etc are also accepted.

If there is any problem with the TV, how can you solve it?

Normally, all the products we produced, have one year warranty. If there is any problem, we can provide the parts for free. and online + on-site technical support.

Meanwhile, we can extend the warranty period to multiple years by adding more cost per unit of a TV.

How do you control the quality of your products?

All products have to pass strict QC before packing and delivery.

We have two QC positions in our production line. Each TV machine will be tested with graphic quality(LCD panel), HDCP, WIFI, Bluetooth, Audio, key-bonding function, etc.

What is the size of the warehouse?

The 1st, 3rd, 4th floors are Mianhong warehouses, which take over 10000 square meters.

What specific TV do you have?

For TV receivers, Mianhong can produce DVB-T, DVB-T2/S2, DTMB, ATSC, ISDB-T, PAL, NTSC, SECAM. Different countries will need different receivers embedded in the motherboard so that the TV can exactly match the local television channels.

For TV sizes, Mianhong can produce 17-inch, 19-inch, 27-inch, 32-inch, 40-inch, 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 70-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, and even 98-inch.

For smart function, Mianhong can produce smart TV based on these popular system: Google, Android, WebOS, Coolita OS, Tizen OS, Vidaa OS, and Whale OS.

Is it possible to customize the OSD(On Screen Display) and user interface?

Yes. We can change the logo and default language on a TV. It is included in Mianhong OEM/ODM service.

What is the quality of the LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel?

By default, we will use A-grade panels for an order. If customers insist on high quality, then we will pick A+ panels, which is 0 bright-dot, with extra costs.

n addition, Mianhong reminds you to be careful about the used/refurbished LCD panels. The price is lower and the quality is bad.

Is it possible to upgrade the speakers if the sample sounds bad?

Yes, we have a few speakers options to match your need. Our default speaker is general and we can not guarantee that people in every country market have the same sound quality habits.
