To optimize your TV’s performance and longevity, please thoroughly read this user manual and strictly follow all safety precautions.

Before installation and use, please carefully review this manual to ensure correct operation.

This is a general guide for most of the Google TV devices. Meanwhile, the actual product appearance may differ slightly from images and illustrations.

Google TV is the name of this device’s software experience and a trademark of Google LLC. Google, YouTube and Chromecast built-in are trademarks of Google LLC.

Set up a Google TV device and remote

Items to prepare before the setup

  1. A WIFI internet connection – The Google TV device will need a network connection for its web-based content.
  2. A Google Account – A google account enables the users to use multiple functions(App download, mobile streaming, etc.)

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that some specific services and apps may not be available in all regions/areas.

Get started with the TV

1. Turn on the Google TV. Locate the physical button located on the bottom of the TV. Wait for the boot Google LOGO.

If the TV boots normally, you will see the Google LOGO.

2. Follow the instructions to pair the Google voice remote.

The default paring key method is to hold "Back" and "Home" together.

3. Choose the language/region for your Google TV device.
Notes: Google TVs sold in different places will be locked in some regions. For example, if the motherboard is in the Russian-speaking region, you can only choose Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and other regions.

4. Click Setup Google TV.
This step requires a Google account and a WIFI network.

IMPORTANT: Basic TV only has the function of watching TV channels and some basic settings.

Understand Google remote control

NOTES: Actual remote products may vary in appearance for the image below, for reference only.

IMPORTANT: The effective distance of the remote control is about 5 meters. When using the remote control, please make sure that there are no objects blocking the receiving part of the remote control and the TV.

Pair Bluetooth devices with Google TV

Google TV can connect with some handy devices, such as speakers and gaming controllers, via a Bluetooth protocol.

IMPORTANT: Google TV can only pair with a single Bluetooth device simultaneously.
NOTES: Make sure that Bluetooth device is in pairing mode. For example, a gaming control pairing mode will flash frequently.

1. Press the ⚙️ button to open the setting menu, or find the setting menu in the top right of the Google TV home screen.

2. Scroll down to find the option “Select Remote & Accessories”. Then click “+Pair Accessory”.

3. Identify and pick the correct device, then confirm the pairing by clicking “pair”

Reconnect or forget a paired Bluetooth Device

1. Press the ⚙️ button to open the setting menu, or find the setting menu in the top right of the Google TV home screen.

2. Scroll down to find the option “Select Remote & Accessories”. Then click ” Accessory”.

3. Identify the device, each device can be reconnected quickly. The user can forget this device in the same page.

Connect Google TV with mobile devices

If you use an iPhone, use the “Apps Store” to find the “Google TV” apps.
If you use an Android based phone, use the “Play Store” Apps to download the “Google TV” Apps.

Download the Google TV apps from Google Playstore. If the Google TV is in a WIFI network, you can simply click the "Install" below to install the same application on the Google TV.

Setup the connection with mobile device

TIPS: Make sure that mobile devices are in the same WIFI network with the Google TV.

1. Click the “Connect TV” button at the bottom right.
2. Wait for the connection, then the Google TV application is all set.

Trouble shooting the connection error

1. WI-FI network pairing failure: Make sure that the WI-FI network enables “Dual-band Wi-Fi” function.
If yes, then try to disable this function. The “WIFI” will be separated into “WIFI-2.4G” and “WIFI-5G”. Then connect mobile devices and Google TV with the same 2.4G or 5G WIFI band.

2. Bluetooth network pairing failure: Check out the Bluetooth version of the mobile device. Old version Bluetooth may not be compatible with the latest Google TV.

Understand the "Google TV" on mobile device

Google TV application provides many convenient functions. Here is the list:

1. Virtual remote control – The mobile device can work as a remote control, with voice input.

2. Google Chrome Cast built-in function. Users can simply press a “cast” button from the mobile application such as Youtube, then the Google TV will play the exact content.

Understand the Google TV homepage

If you use an iPhone, use the “Apps Store” to find the “Google TV” apps.
If you use an Android based phone, use the “Play Store” Apps to download the “Google TV” Apps.

Google TV Profile Setting

Google TV provides multiple profiles and quick switching functions. After switching profiles, the content on Google TV will be synchronized with different content based on the habits of Google account users. In addition, Google TV provides ‘Kids” mode.

Add a new profile

1. Press the ⚙️ button to open the setting menu, or find the setting menu in the top right of the Google TV home screen.

2. Scroll down to find the option “Accounts & sign-in”. Then click ” Add an account”.

3. Follow the instructions to sign in to a new Google TV user account.

Switch an account

1. Press the ⚙️ button to open the setting menu, or find the setting menu in the top right of the Google TV home screen.

2. Scroll down to find the option “Accounts & sign-in”. Then click one of the existed account.

Remove an account

1. Press the ⚙️ button to open the setting menu, or find the setting menu in the top right of the Google TV home screen.

2. Scroll down to find the option “Accounts & sign-in”. Click an account on its page. Then click ‘Remove”.

IMPORTANT: If all accounts are removed, then the Google TV will reset in a factory reset mode.

Add a kid account

1. Press the ⚙️ button to open the setting menu, or find the setting menu in the top right of the Google TV home screen.

2. Scroll down to find the option “Accounts & sign-in”. Click “Add a kid”.

3. Follow the instructions to successfully add a kid account.

Install APPs on Google TV

Google TV has a built-in store to download apps. Downloading apps from the store requires a WIFI network.

Find/Install an App

1. Find the leftest tab “Search” or simply press the Google Assistant Button to start searching.

2. Type the app’s name, or use the voice input directly.

2.1 A more simple way is to use the “Play Store” on mobile devices. Click the “Install” option under the “Availble on more devices” tab for the Google TV. 

3. If the apps exist, click the confirm button to use the apps. Otherwise, a store page with “install” option will be provided.

Features on the "Apps" tab

To find more apps, navigate to the “Apps” tab on the top. There are some functions in this tab:

1. App categories – Users can download popular apps archived in each app category.

2. Apps from my other devices – Users can find out and install the same apps from other devices with the same Google account signed in.
Notes: Some apps do not have the TV version and they can not be downloaded on a Google TV.

Remove an app

1. Navigate to the “Apps” tab on the top, then navigate to the “Your apps” row.

2.1 Hold the “confirm” button for seconds until a pop-up menu appears. Then click the “View details” option. Choose “Uninstall”.

2.2 Press the ⚙️ button to open the setting menu, or find the setting menu in the top right of the Google TV home screen.
In the “Setting Menu”, scroll down to “Apps” row, then click the “See all apps” option. Locate the unwanted app and click the “uninstall” option to remove the app.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity requirement?

Our minimum order quantity is flexible, 1000 pcs of 32-inch TV or half of a 20-GP container is acceptable.

Is it possible to buy a sample?

Yes, it is. A sample is available to buy. However, our sample may charge double the normal price, which includes the following two parts:

  • Customization and testing fees – The additional fees cover the engineering costs for us to customize and test the product according to your requirements.
  • Sample deposit – An extra unit price is collected as a deposit. Once you place a formal bulk order after the sample order, we will deduct this deposit amount from the total fees of your bulk order.

This charging method ensures that we can customize and test the product specially for your needs, and also guarantees that once you formally place the bulk order, we can start production immediately without impacting delivery time.

How long is the delivery time & Warranty?

Mass order: 30 days after the deposit arrival and artwork confirmation.
Non-customized Sample: three days.
Customized Sample: 7-10 days.
Warranty: 1-year by default. Extra cost for extension.
