Understand what a TV production line is.

A TV production line exists to mass-produce TVs. Unlike a family workshop, this production line is usually dozens of meters long. To give a simple example, from the beginning to the end of the production line, the processes are: fixing the shell, installing the LCD screen, installing the motherboard, installing the speakers, quality inspection, adding accessories, and packaging. Since it is a form of assembly line, it means that every step needs to be supervised by workers.

What does a TV production line include?

PVC module assembly line(Example 20 meters)

The PVC module assembly line bracket is made of 40×40×1.6㎜ anodized aluminum square tube and connected with 40 angle code.
The wire duct uses 40×60×1.2 wire duct, and a European standard multi-function socket is installed every 2 meter.
Line driving power: 1.5KW horizontal reduction motor, head ¢160×1000 roller drive device, tail roller tensioning device, 6 points single-row chain special gear

Additional tools for a TV production line.

Having a base TV production is not enough. There are some necessary tools/machine to make the production line more professional.

Supplemental tools for dust removal.

Screw air compressor – This is the machine work with an air gun, to remove the dust from a specific position.
Refrigerated dry air dryer – This is a machine that reduces the humidity for the air. If the air humidity is high, dust will have difficulty settling.
Gas tank(air) – For the usage with air compressor. When used with an air compressor, it can provide compressed air for dust removal. We recommend that our clients can buy the air gas tank at a local store.
Air gun and air tube (PU material) – Used with an air compressor. Generally, different numbers of air guns and air pipes of different sizes are used according to different needs.
Overhead ionizing air blower – Blow out negative ions/plasma wind to settle or directly degrade dust in the air.

Supplemental tools for TV machine testing.

DC Power Supply – Directly connect to the motherboard or light bar to perform backlight testing, such as adjusting the brightness or providing simple DC power supply. Our default option is 2.5A/200V
TV signal generator – Used to generate TV signals, you can test whether the TV can receive TV programs correctly. If your goal is to do a single country market, then you can omit the purchase of this machine. We can help you test the TV signal. On the contrary, if your OEM TV brand needs to serve different countries, we recommend that you purchase a TV signal generator. This machine can be well matched with the production line for signal testing.
Withstanding Voltage Tester – Test the high voltage resistance and insulation of the whole TV machine. Although the TVs we export have passed the ISO’s withstanding voltage test, we recommend purchasing this machine for safety reasons. If there is a problem with the installation process, such as exposed screws that affect the high voltage resistance, this problem can be solved when the TV is manufactured on the production line.
WIFI router and network cable – Smart TVs will have WIFI access to the Internet. A good router and a long enough network cable can be used to batch test whether the Internet access function of a batch of TVs is complete.
Set-up box and cable(HD, AV) – Test the functionality of the connect ports. It is recommended to prepare a 4K high-quality cable. Some poor cables may cause screen flickering.
USB flash drives 2.0/3.0 8G – Some 8G USB flash drives are sufficient. The purpose of USB flash drives is to install some apk files, or burn ROM files for system software upgrades.

Supplemental tools for machine packaging.

Semi-automatic carton sealing machine – The packaging of a TV has six sides. This machine can seal the top and bottom edges of the packaging box.
Taping machine – Tape the sealed box If the customer requires waterproof design, we will add a waterproof bag.
Protective belt – It is used to isolate the ground and bundle batches of machines.
Plastic pallet – Use it according to the size of the TV. The usual size is 1.2m x 1m. Use it to isolate the ground and stack TVs for easy forklift transportation.
Forklifts and trolleys – Flexible for transporting batches of TVs.

Other general tools.

Stainless steel frame – A custom stainless steel rack for burn-in testing. A large batch of TVs can be placed on it and tested with the same video. We recommend stainless steel racks because they conduct heat better than plastic. Testing a large batch of TVs closely together will generate a lot of heat.
Workbench 1.5 x 1 meter – This size workbench is sufficient for disassembly and repair of TVs up to 75 inches. In addition, the tabletop comes with an anti-static mat to protect the LCD screen.
Screen roller – Rolling makes the screen and borderless cotton bonded. This tool requires a relatively large weight to work.
Anti-static wristband – Every person on the TV production line has one to prevent static electricity from damaging the motherboard or LCD screen.

Yes, it is. A sample is available to buy. However, our sample may charge double the normal price, which includes the following two parts:

Customization and testing fees – The additional fees cover the engineering costs for us to customize and test the product according to your requirements.
Sample deposit – An extra unit price is collected as a deposit. Once you place a formal bulk order after the sample order, we will deduct this deposit amount from the total fees of your bulk order.

This charging method ensures that we can customize and test the product specially for your needs, and also guarantees that once you formally place the bulk order, we can start production immediately without impacting delivery time.

How long is the delivery time & Warranty?

Mass order: 30 days after the deposit arrival and artwork confirmation. Non-customized Sample: three days. Customized Sample: 7-10 days. Warranty: 1-year by default. Extra cost for extension.
