1. What TV models do you manufacture? Details on screen sizes, resolutions, smart platforms, etc.

As a TV factory/manufacturer, we mainly produce 32-inch to 85-inch TVs because we have professional experience with these models and materials. However, we can also produce small sizes, such as 17-inch, 19-inch, and 24-inch TVs and we are producing these small sizes due to special demands(normally they come with AC 12V). We also produce large sizes such as 98-inch, working for those luxury apartments.

2. What is your manufacturing capacity? How many TVs can you produce per month/year?

Because we have 2 production lines, our manufacturing facilities have a combined capacity of producing approximately 0.6 million televisions per year across our two product lines.
Across both product lines, we pay meticulous attention to quality control. We inspect and hand test units at multiple stages to ensure each TV meets our strict standards before being packaged for shipment. 3. Where are your manufacturing facilities located?

Canton, aka Guangzhou, is where our factory is located in. Meanwhile, we are very close to the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport so we can offer a pickup service if any clients have interest in visiting our factory.

4. What certifications do your TVs meet? Covering safety, environmental, and regulatory certifications like UL, Energy Star, FCC, etc.

Depending on each country’s unique requirements, there are so many certifications. Right now we have “CE certification” and “RHOS” certification for the European market.
There are many certifications, such as the “NOM” for Mexico, the SASO for Saudi Arabic, etc. If any clients are looking for a long-term relationship, we are willing to take the certification application fee together.

5. Do you manufacture both LED and OLED TV models? Explaining the technologies you have capacity for.

ELED and DLED are our major models for bulk production. We also produce QLED models and we have dealt with large businesses with QLED models.
ELED and DLED mean how the LED backlight(light-strips) is arranged in the back cabinet. For large sizes, DLED is more used because there are more light-strips used to keep a high brightness.

5. Do you manufacture TV components in-house or source them? Info on where key components like panels, boards, etc. are sourced?

Forthrightly, we do not produce other TV components(spare parts) in-house. we do not manufacture TV components in-house at our facilities. Instead, we strategically source all of the key components from carefully selected suppliers and partners. This enables us to focus on world-class TV assembly, quality control, and integration of cutting-edge technologies.
For LCD/LED panels, we have established partnerships with premier panel dealers like BOE and LG to obtain high-quality displays optimized for our TV designs.
For integrated boards, we work closely with major suppliers like Hikeen, Zhiyuan, and CVTE to customize motherboards, T-Con boards, and power supply boards to our specifications.
Other critical components like backlighting, optics, speakers, and internal wiring harnesses are sourced from trusted vendors that meet our strict quality requirements tested by our engineers.
