Theoretically, raw materials for TV sets can be divided into several major categories, namely, LCD screens, chassis and ancillary materials, electronics and electronic accessories, wires, metal screws, packaging and accessories. LCD Screens

The LCD screen is the most important and expensive part of an LCD TV. If the TV set doesn’t have a working LCD screen, then the TV set can’t work. LC320DXJ-SMA8 is an LG LCD glass that supports 1366*768 resolution. It’s worth noting that it’s just a piece of LCD glass, it also needs a backlight to make up a working LCD module. It’s also worth noting that LCD glass is actually graded, and in the monitor and TV industry, we’ll break it down into A, A-, and B grades. Chassis And Ancillary Materials

In raw material, the TV case(Chassis) is also an important part that determines how the sides and back of the TV will look like. In the past, the TV set was very thick and not fashionable enough, but in 2024, our OEM TV case can be very fashionable because Mianhong has cooperated with many TV case material producers. Electronics And Electronic Accessories

This section contains the raw material of the TV that needs to be energized to work. where the motherboard is something very important and different motherboards determine different functions. For example, an analog TV set will need a motherboard with analog TV reception. If you have bought an analog TV, but your country has only digital TV channels, then you can only use the TV as a monitor, and you need to buy a digital TV set-top box. On the other hands, the motherboards of Smart TVs differentiate between different smart systems, for example, a motherboard for Android 12.0 is different from a motherboard for Android 14.0 (price and UI). Wires are basically raw materials that are very cheap compared to motherboards and screens. Their main function is to connect electronic components to make them work. It is worth noting that there may be different versions of the power plug. What is your MOQ requirement?

Our MOQ is one model per 20GP and two models mixed loading in one 40HQ. Sometimes our MOQ is flexible, half of a 20-GP container is acceptable.

Is it possible to buy a sample?

Yes, it is. A sample is available to buy. However, our sample may charge double the normal price, which includes the following two parts:

  • Customization and testing fees – The additional fees cover the engineering costs for us to customize and test the product according to your requirements.
  • Sample deposit – An extra unit price is collected as a deposit. Once you place a formal bulk order after the sample order, we will deduct this deposit amount from the total fees of your bulk order.

This charging method ensures that we can customize and test the product specially for your needs, and also guarantees that once you formally place the bulk order, we can start production immediately without impacting delivery time.

How long is the delivery time & Warranty?

Mass order: 30 days after the deposit arrival and artwork confirmation. Non-customized Sample: three days. Customized Sample: 7-10 days. Warranty: 1-year by default. Extra cost for extension.
